Ingredients

2 hours (5 hrs for dough)
4 people
  • 100 gmMaida
  • 300 gmwheat flour
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 small sachet eno
  • 50 gmrava
  • as requiredOil
  • 2 spoonsugar
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 200 gmchole
  • as neededOnion, tomato, Khade masale, chole masala,and spices

Steps

2 hours (5 hrs for dough)

    Soak the chole overnight in a bowl

  2. 2

    Next day morning boil the chole till they become soft approx 45 mins in cooker

  3. 3

    Take a mixer and mix 1 onion 1 tomato, few cloves, 2 cardomam, black pepper powder, 2 piece of garlic and 1 piece of ginger, 1 bay leaf, 1 javitri and 1 dalchini. Mix them to make a smooth paste for gravy

  4. 4

    Take some cooking oil in a cooker or a pan. Heat it and after that put the above gravy mixture in it. add haldi, salt, Mirch sabzi masala and chole masala to it as per taste and mix and cook well. Now add the boiled Chole to this mixture along with some water and boil it well till the time gravy and chole mix well

    Take wheat flour rava and maida in a big plate.. Add 1 cup curd, some oil 1 sachet Eno, a tinch of baking powder, 2 spoon sugar and 1 spoon salt. Mix little bit of oil.. Add water and make a soft dough.. let the dough rest for minimum 4 hours.. after that make small balls. roll it. Take oil in pan and heat it well.. But the rolled bhature in the kadahi

    Serve in a plate with cut onion and pickle if you want.
