Wash all vegetables in running water.

Chop tomatoes and cilantro and transfer it in a mixing bowl. Chop onion and capsicum and add in the bowl. Squeeze a lemon. Add salt, black pepper and herbs and mix well.

Let the salsa sit for an hour at room temperature or chilled for the flavors to combine.

Serve chilled with chips, tortillas, tacos, burritos, tostadas, pinto or black beans. The salsa can be kept refrigerated for up to 5 days.
