Steps

Dry roast rice, whole wheat green gram separately and powder it. Mix all flour together.

Mix dry ginger powder and cardamom powder to this flour. Mix all together.

Palm Jagger Syrup : Break palm jaggery into pieces,add water (200ml) and heat it. Turn off when it dissolves completely. Filter it.

Have little flour separately to coat the laddoos.

Palm jaggery syrup has to be hot to prepare this laddoo. Pour little syrup inside the flour and make balls. Coat the balls in the flour kept separately.
