Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and line a baking pan with aluminum foil

Peel and cut the carrot 2 cm thick, drizzle the oil, sprinkle some salt and chilli powder. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Cut the onion. Take out the carrot from the oven, make a room in the middle to crack the egg, crack it slowly so the egg won't be too runny. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and chilli powder on top of the egg. Add the onion to the pan. Bake again for another 5 minutes

Take out from the oven, carefully move to a plate. You can let it slip just like this or even better you can drizzle some spicy soy sauce on top for extra taste
