Ingredients

  • Red capsicum
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Curry powder
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion in oil until soft

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and let cook

  3. 3

    Add curry powder, black pepper and salt, mix well

  4. 4

    Add the red capsicum and stir for a while

  5. 5

    Add the cabbage and mix well. Let steam for 1-3 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve hot with favorite starch.
