Lightly boil the potatoes for like 5-7min in the water I put salt,cumin and turmeric...remove from water

Put oil to heat then deep fry the potatoes

As the potatoes continue to cook cut your fish to desired pieces sprinkle salt and black pepper let it rest as you finish the rest of potatoes

Same oil just put your fish pieces till they brown I like mine crunchy so I let them stay longer😊

Serve with kachumbari with some lemon wedges and juice enjoy😊

P.s I love to put salt in potatoes and fish before cooking then I don't have to add salt at the table
