Ingredients

  1. The amount of vegetables is up to you
  2. Mini cucumber
  3. Tomato
  4. Pointed sweet peppers or bell peppers
  5. Feta cheese
  6. Red onion
  7. Coriander (optional)
  8. Pistachio nuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop everything finely as possible, mix it all together.

    If you don't like coriander don't add it.

  3. 3

    And at least add pistachios and some olive oil.

    And you're done.
