It's a local dish that is prepared from millet. It is carbohydrate meal and gives energy to the body.

Steps

Wash and dry millet.

Take it to the grinding machine and grind into powder.

Sieve it and get the powder inro a container.

Add in the dry ingredients(I.e cinnamon powder, yeast, salt, sugar).

Mix well and form into a bater.

Allow to stand and increase in volume for an hour and half.

When volume increased, use whisk and mix the barter.

Break egg and add to the barter. Add in baking powder and continue to whisk well.

Set fire and heat waina pan on heat to medium state.

Add some oil in each hole and spoon the barter into the pan.

Fry until golden brown and flip to the other side and fry.

When done, bring it down and serve with grounded kulli-kulli, chopped vegetables(cucumber, onion, tomato) as a meal.
