Note: I do recommend to use fresh full_fat milk from farms. The pasteurized supermarkets milk won’t give a yummy cheese plus 5 liters of milk turns into a very small piece of cheese

In a big pot bring the milk to the boiling point

Add vinegar to the milk

Continue boiling for about 5 minutes, in the video you can see the water and other elements in milk separate

Spread a piece of clean kitchen handkerchief in a strainer, pour the milk inside it and leave until all the water is strained

Add salt and chia seed then mix well
- 7
Cover it and put a heavy weight on top of it and leave overnight until all the water is strained and cheese is shaped

Put the cheese in a container and leave it in the fridge for some hours to cool down
