Pickled Cucumber - Asian Cucumber Salad
I'm sharing another pickled cucumber recipe, which is also easy and quick to make. As long as you have all the ingredients at home, you can prepare this dish in half an hour. You can serve this dish after marinating it for 30 minutes, but the longer you marinate it, the more flavorful it'll get. Make sure you keep the pickled cucumber in the refrigerator. And I recommend finishing it within 5 days. This pickled cucumber can be served as an appetizer or a side with any meaty or hearty dish. The refreshing and crunchy cucumber will cut right through the grease. Instruction video (https://youtu.be/TYnfn6JIJew)

Honey Vinegar Miso Chicken and Cucumber
This is a remake of a recipe from "Stock and Remake for Quick Summer Dishes". If you make the Honey Vinegar Miso Chicken Breasts -, then you can use it for dinner or bento lunch boxes for the next day. Very convenient!Use your thumbs and pointer fingers on both hands to firmly massage the whole of the chicken breast, and break up into large pieces for a soft texture. Put this over somen noodles for Chinese-style. You can also substitute boiled cabbage for the cucumber! Recipe by Mizkan

Cucumber Pickles
I adopted a recipe that I saw in a book about 10 years ago.※ If you can, use premade pickling spice to make authentic and spicy pickles. But if you cannot find it, use a mixture of 5 grains of black pepper corn, 1 red chili pepper, and 1 bay leaf.※ You can eat it on the first day, but it's best after 3 days. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Taiwanese Pickled Cucumber
Taiwanese pickled cucumber is a very simple and easy-to-make side dish that goes well with Taiwanese tempura tian bu la, Taiwanese fried oyster pancake, and many other Taiwanese small eats. youtu.be/YOkw-v-tVpM

Savory Pickled Beets
So many of the recipes for pickled beets out there call for buckets of sugar and spices that are better suited for pies than for pickles in my humble opinion. This recipe goes the tart savory direction with them instead.Substitute dill seeds or even a sprig of fresh dill for the caraway for a tasty variation.#cookingwithyui

Homemade Pickled Ginger
Since it's the season for fresh ginger, so I made a small jar of pickled ginger this year. You can also use store-bought plum vinegar. If you make your own umeboshi, you can also use the leftover plum vinegar to make shibazuke (Kyoto-style pickles). Since fresh ginger often has dirt on the joints connecting the roots, be sure to carefully wash them. Recipe by Suika

Pickled Radish and Cucumber
I had a bunch of homegrown radishes. Pickling is the best way to prepare them. For the photo, I cut only some of the cucumbers jabara style. Since the radishes were the elongated variety, I halved them lengthwise. The kombucha gives instant pickles a good taste. The shredded kombu also gives a good flavor, and turns it into a Japanese style salad. It's addictive. Recipe by commeline

Pickled Radishes
Several recipes and tips exist on Pickled Radishes, but I wanted a very simple and fast method of doing it with quality results. Mrs. Donk and I are gardening and have found that we have a overwhelming amount of produce, Radishes are more than we can put on the dinner table during the growing season and we have to do something with them. It's simple and easy! You can change it up in many different ways. For example, momma doesn't like hot and spicy but I do so I will put a little Tabasco Sauce in a few jars and omit it from hers. If you like it really hot, add some jalapeño slices! Enjoy and feel free to give any suggestions or tips of your own!

Japanese Mashed Cucumber Salad
Super easy and refreshing dish that’s perfect for a quick side dish. The simple combination of sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar brings out the cucumber’s natural flavor, making it incredibly tasty. It pairs wonderfully with cold beer, making it a great choice for casual gatherings or a light meal! Plus, it gets even better when left overnight, so you can enjoy it the next day too.

Easy Microwave-Made Cucumber Pickles
I wanted to make some easy pickles from a cucumber that I could put on hamburgers. Since you can make it with a microwave and it takes only a little bit of seasoning, take note of this recipe. Please be careful, since it can boil over! Please mix well and heat in the microwave until the cucumber's color changes to how it looks in the picture. Please apply the wrap tightly like a lid, to seal out as much air as possible over the cucumber. Recipe by Macchii shokudou

Julie's Pickled Beets
My mom (Julie) and I pickled something like 50 pints of these last fall with my fresh garden beets. After peeling, I sent them through my salad shooter for quick slicing. I believe you could also use canned sliced beets, but don't quote me on that!

A Pickled Salad with Delicious Vegetables
Another vegetable-packed recipe. My mother makes this for us all the times, and the whole family loves it. You can eat a ton of vegetables with this salad!Step 4 is important! Use a relatively heavy weight and squeeze plenty of moisture out of the vegetables. They will reduce in bulk, and absorb flavors much better. If you chill it in the refrigerator before eating, it will be even more delicious!! For 4 to 5 servings. Recipe by Mahorou

Lee's Pickled Jalapeno Nacho Rings
This is a very basic pickled Jalepeno recipe. I don't get wrapped up in adding a bunch of different spices, etc. These are not difficult to make. You can process them in a hot water bath for longterm storage. You can also skip the hot water process, but you will need to keep them refrigerated. Either way, they are very satisfying and delicious.

How to Make Red Pickled Ginger
I love red pickled ginger, but I worry about the food coloring and additives in the store-bought type. It's also a shame to toss out the plum vinegar from making umeboshi. Simplifying the salting and drying process, I was able to produce a delicious red pickled ginger. There's nothing much to it. All of the amounts are approximate.Just a light sprinkle of salt and enough plum vinegar to cover the ginger. As a rule of thumb, the amount of salt should be 4% the amount of ginger, so you can approximate with the proportion of 100 g ginger to 4 g salt. Marinated Tomato and Cucumber
I wanted to eat something refreshing and tart t complement a rich dish.I am too lazy to boil water, so I peel tomatoes like apples. It's easy to peel this way.If cucumber becomes too salty, wash it once and squeeze out the water. It's also delicious to add julienned shiso leaves. For 4 servings. Recipe by honeymit

Pickled Jalapeños +
My brother-in-law, André, enjoys gardening and grows loads of beautiful jalapeños especially for me. I love them and use in a lot of my recipes. They're quick and easy to pickle for the fridge. I strongly recommend wearing latex gloves when handling the jalapeños. We had a couple of leftover mini bells sweet peppers from André's garden that I also used because I liked the red/green contrast. Then he brought in a mess of beautiful banana peppers, and I thought what the heck....in they went. They're delicious!

Pickled Cucumber and grape salad
A refreshing addition to accompany a heavy meat fest! Made this for a Xmas potluck! Very easy and can be made ahead.I use mirin to balance the flavours, you can also use coconut sugar instead. The chili flakes add a spicy extra kick to this salad.I also use a ziplock bag to reduce washing fi dishes.

Easy Pickled Cauliflower
This is based on a recipe for "sotto acetto" (pickles), which my friend who worked at an Italian bar taught me. I arranged the recipe so it was easier to make.Once it's cooled in Step 3, you can store it in the fridge. It will keep for 1-2 months. If you are using vegetables with a lot of moisture, such as cucumber, paprika or celery, let the pickling juice cool down in Step 2 before adding. This time I used green cauliflower. Recipe by pali
