Take a bowl wash and soak white peas over night or minimum 5 to 6 hours.

After that take it in a pressure cooker adding white peas add water, pinch of turmeric and Cook for 8 to 10 whistle.

Once it gets cooked open the lid and mix it. Check whether it's cooked or not. On the flame again and add sweet Chutney mint chutney and boil for more 5 minutes. Add salt accordingly. Serve with puri boondi sev chopped onion.
