First take a mixing bowl pour there all-purpose flour, add now salt, sugar, baking powder and 1 tablespoon of refined oil and mix together all ingredients and now add water to it slowly and prepare a soft Dough. Now rest the Dough for 30 mins and cover it with a clean cloth.

Now prepare small....small balls out of the Dough and then cover it with cloth don't make it dry.

Now on your kitchen platform drop some oil and roll the dough and make thin roti shape. Then from one side just turn it then again down....again turn then down continue the process till it done and reach to end. Sprinkle some flour to it while rolling. Also apply some oil to your rolling pin.

Now turn it round...round and make it like a flower shape. Repeat the same process with the rest.

Now heat a tawa in medium heat turn on the gas. Now take a flower dough apply some oil on it and shape it round like roti. And put it on the tawa. The flame should be slow to medium. Put some oil on the tawa to it centre and then the roti, if one side done then flip it to the other side it will take 30 sec to prepare thin. Apply oil over it and cook both side. Then it's done. Repeat the same process in preparing the rest Parantha. Enjoy it with Yoghurt.
