Heat oil,add asafetida 1 tsp.add boiled peas & red chilli powder,turmeric powder, garam masala, salt to it...

Cook it for 10 mins on a medium flame..ragda is ready

Take 2 raw banana,pressure cook it & mash...add coriander, garam masala & salt to taste..

Mix all the ingredients & give it a shape of patties..take bread crumbs or sooji & coat the Pettis with it..

Now deep fry..Pettis is ready..

Take patties in a serving bowl, add ragda on it, add red chutney,sev, coriander, onion..rgda patties is ready to eat..
