This is great with tortilla chips, or on sandwiches! My boyfriend actually likes to put it on pizza crust and top it with mozzarella!

Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. 1 poundboneless chicken breast
  2. 2 (8 ounce)packages of cream cheese
  3. 1 cupbuttermilk ranch dressing
  4. 1 cuphot sauce - my favorite is Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo Wing
  5. 2-3 cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  6. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Bring a pot of water to boil and boil the chicken breasts until cooked through.

  2. 2

Turn your crock pot on high and begin melting the cream cheese. It's faster if you cut the cheese up first. I forgot lol

  3. 3

Once the chicken has cooked through, shred it. For bigger chunks like in the photo, hand pull the chicken. For fine shreds, use two forks.

  4. 4

Add the ranch, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheese to the crock pot and stir until combined. Then add the shredded chicken and water. For thicker dip, skip the water.

  5. 5

Cook on high for 2 hours, and give it a good stir at the end. Enjoy!
