Wash and chop the cabbage. In a bowl add the cabbage, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, curry leaves, cumin seeds, carom seeds, green chillies, onion slices and mix well. Then add the gram flour, rice flour and coat the cabbage in it.

Heat oil in a kadai. Drop the coated cabbage in the oil and deep fry till it turns crispy. Remove and keep aside.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan or kadai and add sliced onions, sliced green chillies. Saute till it turns light golden in colour.

Then add the salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well. Add the fried cabbage pakoda into it and mix well.

Cabbage pakoda ka boora is ready. While serving sprinkle little chaat masala and serve.
