Ingredients

  • 2onion
  • 3potatoes
  • 1tomato
  • 1capsicum
  • 1bitter ground
  • 1/4cabbage
  • 2carrot
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1trap coriander powder
  • 1 tbspvegetable masala
  • 1 tbsptomato puree
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder

Steps

    In a pan heat oil..

    Add 1 onion slice and mustard seeds..

  3. 3

    When soft add potatoes..

    Fry for a min..

    Then add tomatoes..

    When soft add butter ground..

    Then salt, red chilli, coriander and turmeric powder..

    Mix and cook on low flame till soft..

    Now add carrot and peas.

    Mix then add veggies masala and tomato puree..

    Cook till all tender well.

    Now add remaining onion cube, capsicum and cabbage..

    Give a quick mix and put on dum for 10 min..

    Serve with chappati..
