In a pan, add walnuts and roast it low flame till it becomes crunchy. Let it get cool and grind it

In a pan, add butter, walnut powder and mix well

Keep stirring till it absorbs ghee

Add milk, sugar, saffron strands. Mix well. Keep stirring on low flame till the colour changes and it thickens

Add elachi powder and mix well

In a container, add butter paper and walnut mixture spread it evenly

Add grated walnut on top and press it gently

Let it rest for 30 minutes. When it's set cut it in pieces of your choice
