  1. 3 cupsWheat flour
  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 1Carom seeds
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. as requiredOil for frying

  1. 1

    First, make a dough take wheat flour and salt carom seeds and oil mix all of them very nicely and a little bit of sugar

  2. 2

    Now add water and make a tight dough and cover it for 10 min.

  3. 3

    Now heat the oil and make a Puri out of dough and fry on medium to high flame
