Firstly, in a small blender take boiled corn or frozen corn.further blend to coarse paste without adding any water.
transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl.also add boiled and mashed potato.additionally add onion, carrot, chilli and ginger paste.add spices and salt. - 2
Add roasted besan and coriander leaves adding corn flour,

And crushed black pepper also add lemon juice.combine everything well to form a dough.add in more bread crumbs if there is to much moisture.make sure to have a non sticky dough.make round shaped tikkis greasing hands with oil.

Deep fry them into hot oil.
stir occasionally and fry till the tikkis turn golden brown on medium flame. - 5
For making chaat_ place the prepared tikkis on plate,also spread green chutney, tamarind chutney pinch of chilli powder and salt.top with chopped onion and tomato.

Garnish with handful of fine sev, pinch of cumin powder, chaat masala and coriander leaves.finally, serve sweet corn tikki chaat immediately.
