Take a kadai put the peanut and fry nicely.

Add jaggery with half cup water.Heat slowly.

After 10 min the liquid becomes thick consistency.Add the fried peanut and pinch of cardamom powder.

Grease the plate with oil or ghee.And pour the mix into the plate.

Press the mix evenly and cut into the small pieces.

Now our special peanut burfi is ready.
