Steps

Soak rajma in water overnight.

Boil rajma in a cooker by adding water and salt.

Take onion, tomato, garlic, green chilli and ginger in a mixer grinder.

Grind them into a fine paste.

Take a pan. Add oil and the fine paste.

Roast this paste, add spices and malai.

Roast it until it leaves oil on the sides.

Now mix this paste with the rajma.

Make its consistency accordingly.

Serve it hot with rice or chapati.
