Clean the fenugreek leaves and wash them two to three times with water, then finely chop them

Put the flour and gram flour spices together and then mix it in the pot

Now add curd and salt and mix

Prepare the dough the flour by adding water as required

Now put the ghee in the shape you want by applying ghee and prepare the paratha

You can eat hot tea or vegetable yogurt with anything like this.
