Wash and soak the yellow moong dal for 2 hours. Now make a smooth paste in the mixer. Grind green chillies along with the dal. Add only little quantity of water. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, kasuri methi, jeera powder and garam masala powder

In a bowl mix all the finely chopped veggies. Add little seasoning. Mix well. Also grate cheese and kee ready.

Now on a hot non-stick tawa, pour little oil and spread a paddle ful of batter. Also spread chopped veggies evenly.

Spread the grated cheese and cover with lid for 2 minutes.
