Boil potatoes, peel, mash, add corn flour, salt, chillies and mix well. Now make 4 tikkies out of it.

Now heat oil and fry tikkies in it.

Grate cabbage and mix mayonnaise in it.

Cut burger bun from middle and apply cabbage mixture on one side and harissa sauce on other side.

Now put onion piece, a tikki and cheese slice on it. Cover it with the other piece.

Now grill burger for a minute and serve hot with choice of sauce.
