Sweet corn vada
Steps

In a small blender take sweet corn. Blend to a coarse paste without adding water.

Transfer in a large bowl. Add carrot, onion, chilli, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Add turmeric, besan, salt and rice flour.

Mix well and make a soft dough.

Grease hands with oil and pinch a ball size dough. Flattern slightly forming a vada.

Deep fry in hot oil. Stir occasionly.

Fry on medium flame till golden and crisp.
- 8
Finally serve hot with tomato sauce.
