  • 1medium coconut
  • Water
  • Sugar (to your desired taste)
  • 1 cupevaporated milk
  • 1 tea spoonvanilla or pineapple flavour (optional)
  • Lemon (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the coconut into little chunks and put it in a blender with water. Blend it very well. Then sieve the content in a bowl

  2. 2

    In the bowl, add sugar, milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla or pineapple flavour (optional)

  3. 3

    Mix very well then refrigerate. You can add ice cubes and lemon slice.
