  1. 1 kgblack carrot
  2. To tastesalt
  3. 1 tspblack salt
  4. 4 tspblack mustard seeds
  5. 4 litrewater

  1. 1

    First of all peel the black carrot and cut into finger shape

    Now take a grinder jar and add black mustard seeds and slightly grind it

  3. 3

    Now take a mud container or jar add black carrot, black salt, mustard seeds powder salt, and water mix it well and cover it and leave it in sunlight for 3 days.

    After 3 days your black carrot kanji is ready to drink.
