Ingredients

  1. 1 kgflour salt 1tsp sugar 2tsps samli 1tbls and oil 1tbls
  2. 3 tblsMilkpowder
  3. Enough warm water to make a soft dough

Cooking Instructions

    In a big bowl put flour salt sugar milkpowder oil and samli mix to combine then add water to make a softdough knead for 8 to 10 minutes or until you get a soft dough make 3 balls and cover for 30min.after 30 min roll and make tabaki and cover again to rest for 30 min

    Now roll and cook chapti on medium flame
