Poha paneer kachori (leftover chapati dough)
Cooking Instructions

For stuffing.Take kadai add some oil after that add onion chopped and peanuts fry till onion get colour change after that add turmeric powder poha,grated paneer, salt and coriander leaves sauté for few minutes and switch off the flame.

Now take leftover chapati dough make small balls fo kachori. Falten like puri and stuffing with poha and paneer.And roll it little bit like kachori.

Now add oil in kadai for kachori frying. after getting oil heat fry kachori one by one.
