Place the tea in the teapot, rinse it with cold water, then add the water and put it on low heat. Let it boil well for about 2 minutes. After that, add half the amount of sugar and the mint, then turn off the heat. Add the remaining sugar and pour the tea back and forth into the teapot about 5 times. Serve in glasses. Enjoy!
