Homemade mashed potatoes are actually easy and very easy also to store and reuse! You can use them for many different meals and they keep well in the freezer. Why use store bought mashed potatoes when you can make your own with 3 basic ingredients? It's fast, easy and delicious !Note: Milk should be added in intervals to avoid making runny mashed potatoes. Consider adding a little extra milk at the end since some of it will evaporate as the mash potatoes cool down.
