Take a kadhai and boil water salt in it and add salt and cauliflower and boil it for 2 to 3 mins and remove it.

Now in one bowl add cauliflower, garam masala, salt, corn starch, and mix them all well together.

Now in another bowl, add chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves,corn starch, all-purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder,salt and mix them all together and add little water in it and make a batter of it.

Now add the above batter in cauliflower and mix it well.

Now in kadhai add oil for deep frying,let the oil get medium hot and fry the cauliflower batter on medium low flame then again on high flame fry it again.

Now serve it hot.
