Ingredients

  • 2 cupsChicken cut into cubes
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • half tspGaram masala
  • half tspBhuna kuta zeera
  • Pinchyellow colour
  • 1 tspGarlic ginger paste
  • Salt
  • 4 tbspYogurt
  • for dough:
  • 2 cupsMaida
  • Salt
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 1/4 cupMilk
  • Water for kneading
  • for raita:
  • leavesCoriander
  • Green chilli
  • Salt
  • 2 tbspImli pulp
  • cubesCucumber cut into small
  • 1Tomato ,cut into small cubes
  • 1Onion ,cut in to small cubes
  • Salt
  • 1/4 kgYogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients (step 1)

  2. 2

    Heat oil 2tbsp in a pan, cook chicken for 15 minutes on low flame till tender and dry. Give dam of coal and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Make a dough and leave it for half and hour. Then make paratha

  4. 4

    Blend yogurt with green chillies and coriander leaves. Then pour it in a bowl and add all veggies and imli pulp.

  5. 5

    Make a roll. Spread chicken and raita. Then it's ready to serve.
