Soak moong, chana, moth in a seprate vessel in 6 to 7 hour. After thet drain the water tie in a cloth and hang it for one day.

You will see that every thing is sprouted. Now put a little 1spoon of oil in the pain. Now add sprout and saute in only two minutes.

Add cucumber, onion, tomato and carrot. All ing cook two min and add salt sauce, chilli sauce n green chilli sauce n lemon juice and mix it.

Now take out the chaat in a bawl. Sprinkle coriander leaves n sev. And serve it. Ready sprote chaat.
