Ingredients

  1. 2large boiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 cuppoha
  3. 1 tbspcorn flour
  4. As requiredGrated ginger
  5. as required Chopped coriander leaves
  6. 1/2 spoonChat masala
  7. As per tasteAmchoor powder
  8. As per tasteRed chilli powder
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 1-2chopped green chillies
  11. As requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the poha & soak it for 1/2 hr.

    Take a bowl & mash the boiled potatoes.

  3. 3

    Drain the water of the poha & mix the poha in potatoes mixture.

  4. 4

    Add 1sp cornflour in it.Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add chat massla,

  6. 6

    Add Chopped coriander leaves, green chilli,grated ginger.

  7. 7

    Then add red chilli powder &salt according to your taste.

    Mix the mixture & knead the dough.

    Make the Cutlets of Rectangular shape...

  10. 10

    Spread some corn flour over the cutlets.

  11. 11

    Heat oil in a pan Shallow fry all the Cutlets till golden brown.

    Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
