Spicy Sprouted Moth Matki

Soak Moth/Matki over night in water. Drain water and put moth in cotten cloth for 10-12 hours (for sprouting).

Heat the oil in a pan and add jeera in it. Add green chillies and Curry leaves.

Now add chopped onion, soute for 2 min. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and Coriander powder in it. Mix well.

Now add Sprouted Moth in it. Mix well, add salt to taste and Garam masala in it. Mixed well and add 1/4 cup water in it. Cover the lid and cook for 10 min. on medium flame.

Turn off flame. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, tomato slice and onion rings. Spicy Sprouted Moth/Matki is ready. Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
