This simple quick sprouted stir-fry is made using very few ingredients. It is a healthy and delicious recipe for breakfast or as a side in any meal.

In a small bowl prepare spice mix. Add mixed herbs, oregano and basil.

Add salt and pepper.

All you need is olive oil, chopped garlic, spice mix and sprouts. Keep all your ingredients ready.

Heat a pan on medium flame, add olive oil.

Add chopped garlic and saute for 10 seconds.

Add sprouts and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.

Add your spice mix and mix vigorously.

Transfer it to a bowl add some dry mango powder and lemon juice for tangy taste and garnish with some raisins, cashews and almonds. Your stir fry sprouts are ready to serve.
