Steps

Add oil in a pan along with sliced onions. Saute the onions for 3 to 4 mins at medium flame.

Add tomatoes and allow it to soften for 2 minutes.

Now add green chilies and spices. Saute for another 2 mins.

Add the eggs in the pan and let it sit for 2 minutes before mixing with a spatula. Cook the eggs for another 2 minutes and add chopped coriander. Mix well.

Spicy scrambled eggs (khageena) is ready to serve.
