Filling -Mix Gulkand,raisins, cardamom and Cherry very well for the filling.

Structure - thin layers of Aampapad in square shape and fold it like a betel (pan). And Feel the filling in it. Now pinch a clove on each piece to close it properly.

Decoration - Use silver Barak for the decoration.

Plating - Put the gulkand bahar on the betel (pan) leaves.So,the gulkand bahar is ready to bring delicious bahar in your mouth.
