Boondi Wali Kadhi

Firstly, peel onions, garlic, and ginger. Cut onions in long slices and grated ginger and garlic. Take a big vessel add buttermilk and besan and mix well.

Take a kadhi add a buttermilk mixer and boil. Add salt, turmeric powder, cloves, bay leaves, mace, big cardamom, and boil.

Take another tadka pan. Heat oil adds whole red chili, mustard seeds, and hing. Crackle it. Then add jeera, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves and crackle it. Then add grated ginger and garlic and saute. Add sliced onions and saute.

Add all dry spices and kasoori methi and coriander leaves. Add tadka in boiled kadhi and boil for 1/2 hour. Off the flame. After 5 mint adds boondi. Serve Garma - Garam Kadhi with Rice.
