Sukiyaki Beef Onigiri (牛肉すき焼きお握り)

Normally an onigiri of this type would be wrapped in nori, but after Mrs Wyrm developed parosmia/parageusia from a suspected coronavirus infection, a lot of things taste weird to her, which includes nori, onions, garlic, cucumber, and many other greens. So I had to skip nori, and onions that usually go into something like this. I thought to try toasting the rice to make yakionigiri so that it would be more firm, but that proved messier than just leaving things as is. 🇯🇵
