Ingredients

30 minutes
3 baking sheets
  • 2 3/4 cupsflour (about 350 grams)
  • 2/3 cuppowdered sugar (about 85 grams)
  • 1 packetvanilla sugar
  • 1egg
  • 7 ozunsalted butter (about 200 grams)
  • Lemon zest

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients and knead the dough until smooth.

  2. 2

    Roll out the dough and cut out shapes using cookie cutters.

  3. 3

    Bake for about 12 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
