Amla ka Murraba

Wash all the amla and prick them all with the help of fork

Now boil 2 glass of water add fitkari and amla both boil until soften turn off the flame and leave for 1 hour.

Strain the water and keep them in sunlight for at least 4 hours. Let them completely dry, they will change their colour.

In a large vessel add sugar and 1.5 cup of water. Let it melt, now add all the amlas and cardamom powder. Cook on high flame until one string consistency will be formed. Cover the lid and leave for 8 hours.

Now your murraba is ready you can store for 3 months.
