For making dough : take a big bowl add wheat flour, salt and oil and with using water prepare a semi soft dough.

For making stuffing : take a pan and add oil, carom seeds and coriander seeds, asafoetida and add finely chopped cabbage.

After that add ginger paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur powder and cumin powder and salt and combine it well.

The stuffing is ready. Once it gets cool down then we make a paratha.

Take a small ball from wheatflour. Roll it in the circular shape

Put the stuffing of paratha in the circular shape.and roll it from the corner.

And roll it gently in square shape. Put that shape in the tawa and bake it from both the side.

And now delicious paratha is ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup, green chutney or coconut chutney.
