Sooji ki kheer

Steps

Soak the semolina (sooji) in water one our before cooking it.

Keep the milk on stove and bring it to boil.

Once milk is boiled, add sugar in it. Stir in between until sugar is completely dissolved.

Now drain out the water from semolina (sooji) and add it in milk.

Stir the milk very well to avoid any sort of lumps.

Bs yeh zara si mehnat then milk will start turning into kheer🤩. Turn off the flame when you get your desired thickness.

Keep it in fridge for about 30mins and then serve it by garnishing it with almonds or nuts 🥣🥣
