Fried Rice Cabbage Dumplings

For the rice

Boil the rice. Each grain of the rice should be separate. Keep aside.

For the Dumplings

In a mixing bowl add cabbage, carrots, onions, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli sauce & salt. Add corn flour & maida.

Mix all together by squeezing to give a good binding to the mixture. Sprinkle little water in required.

Make small balls. Deep fry in hot oil till they turn red & crispy. Keep them hot.

For the Gravy

In a big pan, heat olive oil. Saute garlic & add green chilli. Add spring onions, capsicums, carrots & toss on high flame.

Make a space in the centre & add vinegar, red chilli sauce & soya sauce. Mix well.

Make a slurry of corn flour & pour over the mixture. Add water. Add salt & let it boil till the gravy becomes sticky. Add the dumplings & boil.

Sprinkle cabbage on the gravy & add rice. Toss well.

Transfer the ready dish in a serving bowl & sprinkle spring onions greens on top. Serve one-meal-dish piping hot.
