Easy Panko Toasted Hanpen

I wanted to eat some fried hanpen, but don't like deep fried foods, so I just toasted 'em!
There's nothing much to it. If you don't have Krazy Salt or black pepper, regular salt and pepper is fine. You can also omit the mustard. Recipe by Yamausa

Steps
- 1
Combine mayonnaise, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and mix well.
- 2
Slice the hanpen into thirds, make a cut into the sides, and spread Japanese mustard. Cut these sections again into thirds to make cubes.
- 3
Coat the hanpen in the sauce, transfer to a heat-resistant dish, sprinkle with panko and grated cheese, then bake in an oven or toaster oven until golden brown.
- 4
Serve 'em up!
