Ingredients

  1. 1roasted red pepper, skins peeled
  2. 4roasted onion slices
  3. 4 cloveroasted garlic
  4. 2 cuprinsed chic peas
  5. 2 tbsptahini
  6. 3 tbsplemon juice
  7. 2 tbspchopped fresh parsley
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  10. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a blender.

    Pulse all ingredients in the blender until well incorporated. Put in a bowl and cover. Serve chilled with crackers or chips or as a sandwich spread. Enjoy!
