Ingredients

  • 1small prepared and cut up chicken
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 stickbutter
  • Salt, Pepper, Paprika

    Begin: wash chicken, and let dry. chop onion. Place butter in a deep frying pan, melt with medium heat. Place chicken in pan, brown on both sides.(chicken will brown quickly), put the onions in same pan, around chicken, cook about five minutes, Add salt, pepper, paprika. add water to half cover chicken. When water begins to boil, turn down heat to simmer. Cover pan. Set timer for 45 minutes.

    Cook pasta according to package.

    Uncover chicken, Add 1 cup of milk, stir, then add 1 cup of sour cream. Turn off heat, stir gently.
    Pasta should be cooked and drained. Put pasta on a platter, spoon chicken and sauce over pasta.
