Steps

Crush the Jaggery or chopped it and roast the till.

Take a pan add ghee into it and melt the Jaggery.

While melting the Jaggery and check the thickness for chikki.
- 4
After thickness of Jaggery now add till into it and put till into it and with the help of roller make round of it and make chikki.
- 5
Cut the chikki into square shape.
- 6
It is good for health and in winter it good digestive system too.
